From hunting popular right to hunting law

Abstract

The authors expose the evolution of the hunting right, beginning from the Roman jurist Gaio (2" century d.C.) unti1 the French Revolution statement (1789), that originated the present hunting laws of many European countries. However, the Italian hunting rules apply to the Roman law.
