Abstract

Il Regolamento UE 2024/1991 pone le basi per gli interventi di ripristino degli ecosistemi naturali da declinare e attuare attraverso i Piani di Ripristino Nazionali. Gli ecosistemi forestali possono trarre un notevole impulso a favore di interventi gestionali che vadano a rafforzare la funzionalità ecologica e i positivi effetti socio-economici dal livello locale a quello nazionale. In tale contesto il contributo si pone l’obiettivo di realizzare una prima disamina di quelle che possono essere le forme di contribuzione diretta, i finanziamenti di enti pubblici, gli investimenti pubblico-privati o le forme di sostegno economico alternativo (come i Pagamenti per i Servizi Ecosistemici Forestali) per la messa in atto degli interventi di ripristino, così come indicato dall’art. 15 della Nature Restoration Regulation.
