Abstract

For many years, in the Lazio Region public resources from National and Regional Administrations have supported the forest sector. Lazio’s Administration proved to be very skilful in presenting the necessary programs in order to obtain National funds for its forest sector. Nonetheless, the expenditure coefficient resulted very low, along with failure of some key actions. The aim of the survey is to provide tips to improve the expenditure ability on forthcoming funding, through examination of weak points, also in comparison to European programs.
