Abstract

The current use of forest machinery with high cost and performance is becoming necessary in forest operations for economic reasons. This machinery implies complicated organization models, that woodland owners are not able to apply.

Therefore, forest operations are entrusted to specialized companies. Planning and management of timely forest works and suitable forest road-network, however, concern woodland owners.
