Abstract
The equilibrium the National Park has to guarantee between forests, often withanthropogenic origins, and fauna requires a complex approach. This approach cannot
be limited to these two aspects but rather must examine the issue taking into account
the territorial socio-economic dynamics.
Decisions aim at solving the problem both through actions on animal populations
and forest management policies and through interventions on social and economic
organization of interested territories. The relationship between deer and forest shifts
from being a management problem to becoming a real resource and opportunity for
valorisation
